Assessing someone’s value

It may be thought that someone’s value is determined by their qualifications and performance. Or even what a company is willing to pay them because of their outstanding resumé. How do you assess someone’s value? Gene Appel, Senior Pastor of Eastside Christian Church in Anaheim, California, challenges leaders to look beyond the surface and remember this key principle when determining the value of those with whom we cross paths.
