What business are we in?

Mission – To equip and encourage leaders to courageously walk with God (1 Cor. 16:13, Eph. 4:12).

Intended audience – Christians who want to be better leaders; additionally, people who are curious about what the Bible says about leadership.

What do we specifically plan to do in the foreseeable future?

Strategy – Publish content that helps leaders obey the Word of God (Mt. 28:20) and apply it to their lives and careers (2 Tim. 3:16-17). Build the ministry into a self-sustaining business through the sale of training, books, studies, conferences, subscription content and other resources (1 Th. 4:11-12).

What do we hope to see happen in the world as a result?

Vision – We want to see God glorified as we spread the Bible’s powerful leadership principles. Our prayer is that through this ministry of his Word, he will draw many leaders to himself (Is. 55:11, Jn. 12:32, Js. 4:8a).

What principles will drive our culture, brand and day-to-day work?

Values – Our team will strive to keep Jesus and his Word at the forefront of whatever we do (Col. 3:17). We desire to prayerfully follow the leading of the Holy Spirit as we work in his power (1 Th. 1:5).
