Welcome to Biblical Leadership!

Welcome to Biblical Leadership!

Whether you’ve held leadership positions for decades or are just getting your career started, BiblicalLeadership.com aims to inspire your success with insight and encouragement from God’s Word.

Even if you’re sitting at the top of your field, the ancient wisdom in the Bible is guaranteed to lift you to your next leadership level. As you employ its deep truths and concepts, you will see amazing results and experience profound personal transformation.

Our vision

We want to lift up Christ, spread his Word, and edify, encourage and spark boldness in his servants around the world. We want to see the Bible become a practical leadership manual that sits open on the desks of thousands of leaders.

Because that’s what the Bible is: a real-world guide to living. It is first a guide to eternal life, but it also speaks to the important areas of life here and now, including marriage, parenting, faith, work and of course leadership.

What’s on this site

Our team brings you tips, advice and practical how-to for your everyday work. We search through the best blogs, podcasts, books and social media posts for content focused on building spiritual strength into your leadership. Our own bloggers also post original content.

The most pertinent material, however, is Scripture itself. We build it into the very fabric of the site. We pray you will not only apply these verses, but meditate on them. You may even want to memorize particularly encouraging Scriptures you come across here and in your own Bible reading.

A subscription to BiblicalLeadership.com is free. When you sign up, you’ll start receiving email roundups of the latest content every week. We invite you to peruse the hundreds of book excerpts, videos, study materials and blog posts in our archives. You can even conveniently save your favorite content to a personal cloud drive included with your free online subscription.

From time to time we’ll present special discounts on books, training and other published resources that we think will add value to your leadership.

If you know of a writer or leader that should be included on our content roster, please let us know via this form. We’re always looking for biblically based content that will help people lead more effectively.

BiblicalLeadership.com’s goal

It is our hope that you will encounter the living Word here. It is more powerful than we can imagine – it cuts us to the bone, reveals mysteries, connects us intimately with our Father, and arrests even the coldest of hearts.

As you discover more and more leadership wisdom from the mind of God, we also hope you gain intensely practical leadership applications. We want you to lead better, not just think better.

This is the goal of our content: to feed your soul, heart and mind; to grow your faith; to build your courage; and to deepen your walk with Christ.

The call to an adventure

Formerly known as ChurchCentral.com, the new BiblicalLeadership.com expands the vision from church leaders to include Christian leaders in all walks of life.

If you’re a pastor, you’ll still find plenty of content pertinent to your leadership development. However, the calling we believe God has given us is to expand beyond vocational ministry deeper into the worlds of business, education, government and every sector where leadership flourishes.

Wherever and whoever you are called to lead, we hope to join you on the adventure.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will
be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,
and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8
