Foresight leadership is seeing what your outreach field will look like in 2, 3 & 7 years … and start planning now.
Church change takes between 18 months to three years. But by the time you make that change, your outreach field may have changed so that what you've planned is often no longer relevant.
With leadership foresight, we find data on what a community, neighborhood or region will demographically grow into in 2, 3 and 7-years. Then we start planning for that future now!
The church needs to be proactive in ministry . . . not reactive.
