Criticizing people who aren’t at your meeting – what’s wrong with that? Three things.

It gives only one side of the story.

It undermines board participation.

It's not biblical. Jesus states in Matthew 18:15,

"If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother."

And Proverbs 29:11 reminds us, "A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back."
