3 words that have helped organizations change for better and for worse
Unfreeze, change and refreeze. These three words have helped many organizations change. But they also usually reduce future flexibility. To foster leadership foresight, you must start with these three elements of change, but then don't stop there!
For more than 30 years, Dr. Bob Whitesel's mission has been to help church leaders reach their full missional potential.
