Using Your Failures to Fuel Your Mission — guest: David Dusek

David Dusek's story has two distinct halves with a literal bridge in the middle where Christ got a hold of his heart. The man he was before that moment on the bridge is very different from the man he is today. While David doesn't allow his past to define him, he uses the memory of who he was to motivate his mission to serve God. David also shares about how to leverage our weaknesses and failures to cultivate authentic connection with other men.

David started Rough Cut Men Ministries to encourage and equip men to live their lives for Christ. He utilizes his life experiences — including his upbringing in a non-Christian home, coming to Christ as an adult, and an extensive business background — to reach men in a way that they can understand. David's live experience and video series usea strategic combination of action movie sequences, real world current events, Biblical truth, and fireteam-sized discussion times with a single, laser-focused objective: get men talking about what’s really going on in their lives.David's most recent book, The Battle: Tactics for Biblical Manhood Learned from the 7th Cavalry in Vietnam, was released February 2021.
