Oliver and his wife Denise are the co-founders of Denoli, LLC (YouTube) where they offer coaching, mentoring, speaking, and facilitating services for couples and events. Oliver is the author of  the book Overcoming the Man Laws: For The Man Who Wants to be His Best Despite What He Was Taught. Oliver and Denise also co-authored the couple's journal Have a Conversation, which helps couples learn to discuss difficult or uncomfortable topics.
