March or Die (Part 2) — guest: Jeremy Stalnecker

Life is hard. As much as we want to live in hope, life's difficulties often keep us stuck in place, while the world around us seems to fall apart. We want to move forward, but we just don’t know how.

But moving forward really isn’t that complicated. It is the process of putting one foot in front of the other, one day at a time. The alternative is relational, emotional, or spiritual death.

Guest Jeremy Stalnecker uses his own harrowing experiences of war to help us understand how to march when it would be easier to die.

Jeremy is the author of the book March or Die: Moving Forward When Your World Seems Out of Control and the co-founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation. Connect with him at JeremyStalnecker.com.
