The issue of race is controversial, mainly because of polarizing political propaganda. This issue can be even more challenging in the church. How is God calling us, as men, to lead and engage with this divisive cultural issue?

David Bowens, a worship leader at Orchard Hill Church, shares his experience as a black man in a predominantly white church and what it was like addressing the issue of race during the tumultuous events surrounding George Floyd. Our conversation with David explores how we, as men, should engage with people who are different than us, especially in our church, as we reflect the love of God. We also discuss some ways that the gospel brings unity amidst diversity and how this reflects the kingdom of God.
