12. Human Resources through a Biblical lens (Guest: Brett Billups of Biblical HR)

Today's guest is Brett Billups. Brett’s career in Human Resources has provided him with many opportunities to coach individuals at every level of an organization through difficult workplace and employee relations issues. Brett has served in both the public and private sectors in various positions including leading the HR function for one of the nation’s largest employee-owned organizations. Brett’s HR experience ranges from global Fortune 100 companies to start-up operations ; from field operations to the Boardroom. His desire now is to share these experiences by teaching others to view specific workplace situations through the lens of scripture and respond with a Biblical attitude and a heart for the Gospel. His pursuit of Christian development in the workplace led him to found Biblical HR, LLC in 2021 based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Brett and his wife Krissi have 4 grown children and a growing number of special grandchildren. They reside in Flower Mound, TX.
