Profile: Rodney Cox


Rodney Cox serves as president at Ministry Insights International and has written and spoken extensively on the strengths movement as it relates to leadership and teams. His life's work has been dedicated to strengthening Christian relationships within the workplace, marriages, and families.

He is the author of Leading From Your Strengths (a three-book series), Love and Money and Different By Design, among others.

Rodney works with groups of all sizes, both as a speaker and in leading workshops that equip Christians to discover and leverage their God-given strengths.

Rodney and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married 32 years and live in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren.
