Your church may or may not be responding, but you as a leader have a chance to influence the team members under your care. You can respond in the sphere of influence God has given you.
Have you made yourself available to God in the midst of hardship?
Your team members are looking to you for calm guidance in the midst of this crisis.

Who are you carrying the light of God's love to this week, this month, this year?
