Where has God put you in life right now?
Where has God put you in this season of your life? Are you in a difficult job, a stressful family situation, or a season of grief?
Are your needs being met? Are you financially secure? Are you having the time of your life?
At 55, I can look back and see periods of plenty, many years of contentment and much to celebrate. I can also see long periods of struggle and pain.
Isn't that just life?
Whatever season we're in—whether good, bad or ugly—we can count on two things.
First, things will change again. Possibly even drastically. Circumstances can completely change overnight, or they can gradually develop. But things won't be the same as they are today.
Second, as a follower of Jesus, you have a guarantee that someday, there will be no more tears, no more pain, no more suffering (see Rev. 21:4).
If you're a leader in the church or marketplace, will you join me in courageously following him daily, and not giving in, no matter what life is throwing at us?
In the fight,
