The need for BiblicalLeadership.com

I believe biblical leadership is the #1 need in the church today. It is also desperately needed in the boardroom, the classroom, the locker room and the family room.
We don’t teach it enough to church staff or lay leaders, and we certainly miss opportunities to teach biblical leadership principles to our congregations. It is the business, community and academic leaders sitting in the pews who are Christ’s ambassadors to the world.
Too many families suffer from a lack of biblical leadership, primarily by the father. Dads that may excel as managers at work often fall into passivity at home. Many mothers are forced to pick up the slack and as a result become resentful and burned out.
In the workplace, countless executives believe their talents, position, past successes and force of ego are all they need to lead. They eschew any external wisdom, especially if it’s from the Bible.
But our firm belief at BiblicalLeadership.com is that when the leader follows Christ and his Word, the entire organization benefits.
Whether you oversee hundreds or just lead yourself, it is our prayer that you discover wisdom here that will help you flourish in your calling.
