How to pass on wisdom to others
Are you pouring into younger leaders? Wherever you are in your career and life, I'm sure you've learned some lessons along the way that would help people younger than you.
Whether you think of yourself as wise, street-smart, book-learned or even scarred, you have an opportunity to change the world through mentoring someone.
Who in your life right now is struggling in their leadership? Who could use an ear to listen to their questions about work or faith?
If you can't think of anyone right away, is there someone who just needs to be encouraged? Sometimes leaders are lonely. Can you be a friend to someone?
Think about the impact you could have in their life, family, company or ministry. We often underestimate the difference we can make by encouraging just one person.
As Christians, we are not to hoard wisdom for ourselves, but pass it on for the benefit of the Kingdom.
Leading (and learning) with you,
