Tell us a little about yourself.
Describe what kind of work you do, and what you've done in the past.
I spent over 25 years as COO and CEO of a multi-million dollar national family-owned business that coordinated the design and construction of churches. I have since left that field to pursue my coaching/consulting business (www.servingstrong.com).
I work with entrepreneurs and executives and deal in two specific areas with my clients: clarity and execution.
The clients I work with are high-energy, high-movement people. They always have a lot of ideas running around in their heads. They have a lot going on - a lot of noise. For the most part, many of these leaders/entrepreneurs have it pretty much under some sort of control. I work with the ones whose noise is at a level that impacts their effectiveness.
After we gain clarity in the moment, we work out a plan for the pieces of the noise that need action. I then act as a sort of project manager for them. Nothing ever gets done unless there is execution.
