3 forces oppressing Christian leaders
ChatGPTLeading as a Christian in this world is like tiptoeing through a minefield while getting shot at.
And I'm not just referring to marketplace leaders. Even pastors and other church leaders have to dodge and weave.
We live in a high-stress society ransacked by a pandemic of division. Whether virulent politics, rampant divorce in the church, or the surge of mental illness, the hurt never ends.
When you zoom out, at least three meta forces are at work:
1. The world's unending chaos and conflict
2. Sin (yours, mine, theirs)
3. Satan (stoking sin into flame)
How do we fight against this overwhelming weight? How do we lead in the midst of it?
Those questions aren't just rhetorical. I really want to hear your answers. So do all the other leaders reading this.
If you've got encouragement to share with other Christian leaders, please add it in the comments.
We need verses. Prayers. Personal stories.
You can probably add more "forces" to the list. Feel free to do that, too.
It's motivational to know we're not alone in the fight. So let's stand shoulder to shoulder!
